Shane: Melbourne, Vic, Australia; Having worked as a strength and conditioning coach in Australia and Canada for 18 years, Shane has had the opportunity to train many outstanding elite athletes in various sports, most recently as the strength and conditioning coach for the Melbourne Rugby Club and strength coach for Jan Aver-Spoor (Australian age grade Champion 2010, Olympic Distance Triathlon). He has a vast experience in elite sports as an athlete and strength and conditioning coach. Not only is Shane dedicated to giving athletes the competitive edge in their chosen sports, he also has a passion for sharing his knowledge about health and fitness Results speak louder than words!
