4:30am: Wake up and shower
4:45am: Breakfast of 40g Whey protein shake, 20oz of Monavie Active juice, 1 cup of grans granola with 40g of strawberries.
7:30-8:00am: Orange, apple or banana with a hand full of raw almonds or cashews
12:00-1:00pm: 150g free range BBQ chicken breast, 1 diced fresh large tomato and 1/2 avocado
4:00-4:30pm: 4 rye crackers with natural butter and peanut butter with1 orange, apple or banana
7:00-8:00pm: 150g free range BBQ chicken breast, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1 cup sweet potato or 1 diced fresh large tomato and 20oz of Monavie Active juice.
Tips to remember:
Try and eat a balance of protein, carbs and good fats in every meal.
Eat clean natural non packaged food.
Eat 4-5 healthy smaller meals a day.
