Back in the old days when I took a holiday with lots of eating and drinking I never gained any weight. Those days are over. When I arrived back from NZ and jumped on the scales to my surprise I weighed 2 kilos more than before I left. Now that I am back into the swing of things it is time to go hard 6 days a week.
Mon, Wed, Fri: Weights
Tues, Thur, Sat: Running or some kind of cardio.
No drinking alcohol from Sun-Thur and a strict healthy fresh diet.
It has been a week since I started and I have lost 1.5 kilos.
Will be posting the workout sessions and nutrition in the days and weeks to come.
Moral of the story; play hard and enjoy yourself but expect to work hard to get back to where you want to be.
