Como Stairs

I love stairs and type of stairs.

Como Park is awesome if you are want killer thighs, butts and calf muscles.

The pain is dreadful however at the end what a sense of achievement not to mention an intense 30-40 minute cardiovascular workout.

Give it a try I promise each time it gets easy.

A total of 20 completed....25 is the next goal.
