New Class Reminder

New Class Starting Monday December 3rd 2012 at 6:30am

MP30 (Maxx Power 30min)

This 30 minute high intensity full body strength and cardio workout will take you to the limits of your mental and physical toughness. We will incorporate barbell, dumbbell and body weight multi joint strength training with plyometric and functional cardio movements. Your heart rate Will rise quickly and stay up throughout the 30 minutes plus the after effects of the calorie burn will last well into the day.
