100 Club

Another 100 club session this morning.
1. kettlebell swings
2. Push ups
3. TRX pull ups
4. Kettlebell clean press
5. Bench squat jump
6. Back extension
7. Side plank unders
8. Tri bench dips
9. EZ bar bicep curls
Well done to all the maxxfit team who participated in our 100 club challenge this week. You all did a fantastic job. We will have another challenge for you next week...
