Happy Birthday Mark this one was for you

Today at the MAXX STRENGTH session we did an upper body workout to pay tribute to Mark Davies to celebrate his 40th Birthday which was yesterday. Mark was unable to join us as he was out late last night celebrating.
Start lifting every 2.5min 3x12 reps of
1a. Bench press
1b. Assisted chins
1c. Overhead DB press
2a. Incline DBpress
2b. Prone DB row
2c. Upright BB row
3a. Flat DB chest flys
3b. Bent over BB row
3c. Lateral raise
4a. EZ bar bicep curl
4b. Tricep bench dips
4c. Knees to elbows (20)
Extras
100 ball slams
100 KB swings
100 GHD sit ups
100 Bench overs
